Who We Are
People have referred to us as technicians, integrators, developers, and even “the computer guys”. Though we are all of these things, first and foremost we consider ourselves consultants. This term more accurately describes who are we are and what we do.
Arobase Group is the premier Apple Consultant in Atlanta. Founded in 1998 with only two consultants, we have grown over the last fourteen years, adding a few more members, gaining much experience and many more skills.
Each member of Arobase Group is a specialist in their chosen field. Our combined knowledge and expertise allow us to consult on all aspects of Information Technology with a focus on how it relates to using Apple products.
We are a technology consulting firm. We are not a reseller. Therefore, we only endorse products and solutions we believe in, and in most cases use ourselves, so rest assured that our recommendations are always made in your best interest.
Arobase Group began with a single client and we are very proud to continue serving them some 14 years later. Though we have many more clients these days we still try to treat our first client and our latest client as if they are our only client.
Long term relationships are important to us. We have never advertised our services. We gain all new business through word of mouth and referrals. We work closely with the local Apple stores as well and are often called in to consult with new customers there.
What We Do
We consult with our clients. We listen to their needs, note their concerns and make sure we know their goals. We then advise on how to meet their needs, alleviate any concerns, and achieve the goals specified.
Arobase Group supports businesses of all sizes, from a one man shop up to (and including two) Fortune 500 companies using macs and iOS devices. We consult on purchasing decisions, install and configure servers and desktops & laptops, manage mobile devices, and integrate audio and video for conference rooms and presentations. We also advise on any other technology related decisions like phone systems, cloud services, offsite backup, and workflow management.
Families often retain us as well. We assist them with iCloud, home networking, security monitorting, audio/video integration, home automation, and parental guidance regarding children’s access to the web and use of technology.
